Ingredients:
For the Cupcakes:
1 ½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda

2 large eggs
½ cup (120ml) whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup (120g) fresh strawberry puree (blended strawberries)

2 cups (250g) powdered sugar
¼ cup (60g) fresh strawberry puree
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Warm up and get ready:
Line a muffin tray with cupcake liners and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine Dry Ingredients:
Whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Get Wet Ingredients:
Beat the sugar and butter in a separate bowl until they are light and fluffy.
