The shipping cost displayed at checkout is the final shipping charge for your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before an order has been dispatched.

Sharp Blades cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss the available options, including waiting for restocking, selecting an alternative product, or receiving a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs where applicable.

We will investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

If a shipment is refused and returned due to unpaid customs charges, any refund may be reduced by return shipping costs, customs charges, or carrier fees incurred.

Order Cancellations

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still be eligible to exercise your statutory Right of Withdrawal, where applicable, or return the item in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Lost Parcels
