Returns & Refunds Policy
At Sharp Blades, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Standard Returns
We accept returns within 180 days of delivery for most unused items.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
The item must not show signs of wear, sharpening, damage, or misuse.
For safety and hygiene reasons, used knives cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
How to Start a Return
To request a return:
Complete our online return request form.
Wait for return approval and instructions from our support team.
Package the item securely.
Send the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
Please do not return items without prior approval.
Return Shipping Costs
Change of Mind Returns
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
A defective item
A damaged item
The wrong item
Please contact us and provide photographs where applicable.
In these cases, Sharp Blades will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping or provide a prepaid return label where available.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund, where eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Used knives
Sharpened knives
Personalized or custom-made products
Gift cards
Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper care
Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in eligible countries may have additional cancellation rights under consumer protection laws.
