Returns Policy

We regretfully do not currently accept exchanges, but we are pleased to reimburse your items based on the requirements listed below. You will need to submit a new online order if you want to obtain a different item.

1 - The returns request form must be completed within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.

2 - The products must be intact, whole, and in their original packing.

3 - Unless we agree differently, the client is responsible for covering the cost of the return delivery.

4 - Regardless of your location, we can arrange for a free return if your item is defective. Please get in touch with us first about any defective or damaged things so that we can help you as best we can.

The next step is to utilise the form on this site to request a Return Request Number (RRN) and start the returns procedure if your return meets the aforementioned requirements.

The email address you used to place the order must be entered. Without a current RRN (Return Request Number), returns will not be accepted.
