1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed)
2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg (beaten)
1 garlic clove (minced)

Directions
Get the filling ready:
Add the chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl. Blend until thoroughly combined.
