Ingredients:
8 oz (225g) elbow macaroni
2 cups whole milk
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup sharp cheddar, shredded
1 cup gouda, shredded
½ cup parmesan, grated
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp mustard powder (optional)
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp paprika (for topping)
Salt to taste

For cheese sauce, use a medium saucepan.

Baking dish with a colander (9 x 9 inch)
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Time Spent Preparing:
Ten minutes for preparation
Cook for 20 minutes.
Bake for 15 minutes.

Directions:
Prepare the pasta:
In salted water, boil macaroni until al dente, about 8 minutes. After draining, set away.
To prepare the cheese sauce:
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. To make a roux, whisk in flour for one to two minutes. Add milk gradually while whisking constantly to prevent lumps. Add salt, pepper, mustard powder, and garlic powder and stir. Lower the heat and melt the parmesan, gouda, and cheddar cheeses.
Mix prepared pasta:
With cheese sauce and bake. Sprinkle with paprika and transfer to a baking dish that has been oiled. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F (175°C) until brown and bubbling.

Before serving, allow it cool somewhat. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley.
