The opulent, no-bake delicacy known as panna cotta, or "cooked cream" in Italian, has a subtle vanilla flavour and a velvety texture. This dish calls for few ingredients and little work, making it ideal for dinner parties or as a sweet treat. For a sophisticated touch, serve it with caramel sauce or fresh berries!

Gelatin Dissolution:
Whisk the bloomed gelatin into the heated cream until it dissolves completely. If using vanilla beans, strain.
Pour the mixture:
Into ramekins and chill them. Refrigerate until firm, 4+ hours or overnight.
