Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Directions:
Cook the chicken:
